What's that we see? A light?

It's the proverbial "light at the end of the tunnel."  We've been really busy the past few weeks putting things back together and yes, actually putting paint on walls!

We had the bathrooms and laundry room floors tiles.  This past weekend I put paint on the walls and Jeff started some of the trim work.

Plaster work has been finished in the kitchen and 3 of the bedrooms.

My appliances came in way early. We were told that it would take close to a month for our appliances to come in. A few days after we ordered them, they called and said they were ready for pick up. So, Jeff had to hurry and put the reclaimed wood floor down in the kitchen.

  1. I LOVE ALL THE PICTURES! I love the Tiger Maple corner cabinet. I love the plasterwork and the reclaimed brick, and okay, just about everything. It is so hard to find a plasterer anymore. It is truly an art, not just a job. I look forward to more pictures. I am wondering if you are able to list the contact info for all the contractors/artists you use? Also, the brick mason/artist did a fantastic job of laying the reclaimed brick. It truly takes an artistic expert to work with reclaimed brick. Though, I love it. My Uncle is a Stone Mason/Artist, so I appreciate the talent involved.
